Black Swamp Riders Vision
It is our vision to encourage youth to embrace the challenges of life. At Black Swamp Riders Youth Mountain Bike Team, we do hard things just to find out our capabilities. We persevere and celebrate the small victories in accomplishing new feats. Our athletes grow friendships and receive encouragement from coaches and peers no matter their skill level – fast or slow, recreational or racer – each participant gains improvement in bike skills, but more importantly, grows in self-confidence. Unlike traditional sports, there are no substitutes, so each rider is always putting in the effort, sometimes alongside a teammate or sometimes with no-one in sight, and that takes courage. Black Swamp Riders is a family atmosphere where we spend time in nature having fun with bikes and friends .
Registration Info
Black Swamp Riders register with Michigan Scholastic Cycling Association through CCN Bikes.
Our 2026 season is underway and registration is closed to new riders. Please reach out to find out more and plan on joining us for the 2027 season. Enrollment begins March 1.
